These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern your enrollment in and use of the EpicLead.ai text messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our website, you agree to these SMS Terms.
When you submit your phone number through our qualification form and check the consent box, EpicLead.ai may send you automated marketing and informational calls and text messages related to your inquiry — including appointment scheduling, follow-up about our done-for-you AI lead generation services, and answers to your questions.
End users opt in by visiting epiclead.ai, entering their name, email, and mobile phone number into our qualification form, and checking a box agreeing to receive calls and text messages from EpicLead.ai. Opt-in occurs only after the user actively checks this consent box; the box is unchecked by default and consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You may receive messages in response to your inquiry and as we work to schedule or confirm a call.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply reply STOP to any text message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and then stop sending SMS messages to you. If you want to join again, you can re-submit the form on our website and check the consent box.
You may also opt out at any time by emailing alexsfreedman@gmail.com with the subject line "STOP" and the phone number you wish to remove.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information shared with subcontractors in support services, such as our messaging and AI calling providers, is solely for the purpose of operating the program and providing the services you requested.
