User Data Deletion
EpicLead.ai respects your privacy and your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete the information we have collected from you, please follow the instructions below.
How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to alexsfreedman@gmail.com with the following details:
Subject: Data Deletion Request
Include in the body:
- Your full name
- Email address used when contacting us
- Phone number used when contacting us (if applicable)
What Happens Next
- We will confirm receipt of your request via email.
- We will locate and delete all personal data associated with your information from our systems, including our database and any third-party services we use (Calendly, Retell AI, Supabase).
- Deletion will be completed within 30 days of your request.
- You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
Please Note
- Deleting your data will cancel any scheduled appointments or pending follow-ups.
- Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., financial records).
- Data that has already been anonymized or aggregated cannot be linked back to you and may be retained.
